Honey Hills Shipping and Delivery Policy: Everything You Need to Know

Honey Hills Delivery Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours (Monday – Friday). Please allow another 1-2 working days for delivery.

Delivery and shipping prices depend on the value of your order and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times.

Orders from within the UK:

We use Royal Mail for all parcels. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details for your parcel.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days – after dispatch) – £3.89

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (normally 1-2 days – after dispatch) – £4.79

Please note: All delivery times are estimates, and not guaranteed, but delivery is usually in 2-3 working days (after dispatch).

Honey Hills Shipping Policy:

All orders received before 3 pm will be dispatched on the same working day (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All weekend and bank holiday orders will be dispatched on the following working day.

The greatest care is taken in packing every order to arrive to you safely. Depending on the weight and items in your order sometimes may be necessary to split the order into multiple parcels. Therefore, your order may be delivered in separate parcels at different times, if this is the case with your order please allow an extra day for your other parcel to arrive. 

When will I receive my order?

You should expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Damage or Lost:

Please accept our apologies, if you have received a damaged parcel or your parcel has been lost.

In a rare case of damage or lost during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost for you.

If you discover your jar has been damaged in transit, please safely dispose the damaged item/s. Photographic proof of the damage in its original packaging is required and needs to be sent to us before we process your request. Photos can be sent at info@honeyhills.co.uk

PAYMENT

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order you need to contact us ASAP. You may cancel an order as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our website.
