• Artisanal Premium Pure Organic Honey Vinegar
Artisan-produced by very slow natural acetification of only honey and springwater in wooden barrels. Perfectly balanced bitter-sweet intensity gives way to a delicate, warm and satisfying honey flavour enduring pleasingly amidst the vinegar’s acidity
The sweet honey vinegar is a natural product obtained from honey by double fermentation.
In the 1st, the honey is transformed into mead, and in the 2nd, the mead is transformed into vinegar. Thus obtaining a natural product, rich in enzymes, because during the entire production process, no temperatures are used that destroy the enzymatic component of the honey.
The oldest vinegar known to man is honey vinegar. Used by the Ancient Egyptians it has been rediscovered in modern times for its probiotic properties.
Originally, honey vinegar was a beverage; probably the most popular beverage in ancient times. Long before grapes were cultivated, since fruit juices could not be preserved for long, honey vinegar diluted with water became a refreshing beverage, whose acidic flavour was much appreciated.
Honey vinegar, pleasantly acidic in flavour, light, pale coloured and very fragrant, is rich in enzymes and mineral salts. The degree of acidity, slightly lower than that of wine vinegar, makes it less aggressive on the stomach, and highly digestible even for those who suffer from acidity. If obtained through slow fermentation and unpasteurized, it maintains the original properties derived from honey, one of the purest and most natural foods in the world.
Our organic honey vinegar bottled in a glass bottle, is produced in Romania according to a unique artisanal process, transforming water and prime quality organic acacia honey and wildflower honey into a select, fragrant vinegar with a delicate flavour. The beekeeper that produces the honey and the vinegar, follows methods of ancient and sustainable production in respect of bees and nature.
It can be used to season salad dressings and sauces for vegetables, fish, meat and fruit. It is also an excellent thirst quencher on hot days when diluted with water. A wonderful natural product, carefully made with the finest raw materials.

Store is a cool dry place & keep away from direct sunlight. Recommend serving for adults 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to 4 times a day, up to 20ml daily.

Harvested in the submontane area of the Carpathian Mountains.
About: Raw honey, obtained by free flow from honeycombs. During the honey extraction process, the honeycombs are opened by the removal of the wax caps with which the bees “seal” the contents of each cell.
Upon extraction, a small amount of honey (approx. 5-10%) flows freely from the honeycomb, thus obtaining honey that, along with the specific floral aroma, also retains a uniquely fresh honeycomb taste.
Taste: Initially delicate, the sweetness quickly develops strength, bringing in honeycomb undertones and a fine fruit finish.
Pairing: Perfect for spreading on fresh bread or toast, topping porridge and breakfast cereals, and as a sweetener in hot and cold drinks.
Our honey is 100% natural and unprocessed.

Safety Warning: Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
Storage: Honey is ideally stored at room temperature (around 18-22 Celsius) and need not be refrigerated to preserve it in top condition for up to two years. Exposing honey to temperatures above 35 C (hive temperature) from the sun or other heat sources can damage vitamin content and flavour, so please store it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators. All natural honey will begin slowly to crystallise after some time depending on its aromatic content. It can be used semi-set in the same way as when clear, but if you wish to return its clarity, place it in a warm cupboard at 30-35 C, and over a few days it will clarify.
