Wild Thistle Blossom Honey from the Carpathian Mountains:

Not many people know that bees are extremely interested in this plant. It is superior honey to other monofloral honey, with a silky texture, fine aroma and healing properties. Thistle honey is a rare product.

Our Wild Thistle Blossom Honey from the Carpathian Mountains is recognized as one of the most valuable varieties of honey.

Pairing:Excellent for pairing with fresh cheeses like ricotta, chèvre, and fruits such as oven-roasted apples, and pears. It is a great honey to boost your morning breakfast on porridge, toast etc.

Wild Cherry Blossom from the Carpathian Mountains:

It is a rare honey since Cherry blossoms early in the year when the bees, still sleepy after winter hibernation, use most of it for nourishment. This makes it difficult to collect.

It is a mono-floral artisan honey that is produced in very limited quantities. Authentic Cherry Blossom Honey should not be confused with artificially flavoured or cherry-infused honey.

Cherry Blossom Honey is produced by our skilled beekeepers who set their hives in prime locations among the Cherry Trees. The nectar flow is brief so the timing must be just right. The honey is made when bees collect nectar from the delicate white flowers of the Cherry Tree. The nectar is stored in the hive and converted to honey by the bees.

Pairing: Characterized by a sweet and savoury flavour with a strong aftertaste of cherry stone and crunchy almonds, this honey will elevate almost any dish. Enhance your cheese platters – it’s perfect with medium-aged and soft cheeses.

Safety Warning: Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

Storage: Store honey at room temperature, ideally between 18-22 Celsius.
