Raspberry Honeycomb – from the Carpathian Mountains:
Ingredients: 100% Pure Organic Raspberry Honeycomb (Organic Raspberry Honey, pollen, propolis and beeswax)
Storage: Store the honeycomb at room temperature in a sealed container.
Forest and Wild Raspberry Honey – from the Carpathian Mountains:
An exquisite, rare honey, with a deep caramel colour produced by honeybees collecting nectar from the blossom of raspberry bushes and the honeydew of fir trees.
It is obtained by beekeepers who place their beehives in mountainous areas where raspberries grow naturally.
Taste: Intense sweetness explodes with tart raspberry and the subtlest hint of vanilla, settling to a deliciously warm, raspberry-leaf, finish.
Pairing: It pairs beautifully with fresh fruits and aged or smoked cheeses.
Safety Warning: Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
Storage: Honey is ideally stored at room temperature (around 18-22 Celsius)
