1 x Lovely clay Heart shape with a couple (measure approx. 5cm). Due to this product’s handmade nature, variations are expected in colour, texture, etc. Small imperfections may be visible, adding to its beauty and making it unique. Organic Silver Linden Honey from the Carpathian Mountains Nature Reserve:

Beekeepers uniquely produce our Silver Linden honey in a Carpathian Mountain Nature Reserve from the nectar of linden (lime) tree blossom. With a surprising intensity and herbal taste, powerful notes of lime zest, and a sweet-woody smell, this honey can be easily recognized. The crystallisation rate is medium to fast with fine to medium-sized crystals.

Pairing: Linden honey is ideal for teas, and can be added to a range of popular dishes, salad dressings, and drinks.

Premium Rare Plum Blossom Honey from the Carpathian foothills:

A rare honey in limited supply since plum trees blossom early in spring when the bees, reduced in numbers and still sleepy after winter hibernation, need most of the honey to nourish their new brood. This makes it difficult to collect. Plum honey is extremely high quality, dense and viscous, with a rich and distinct flavour which is both fruity and floral. It has a delicious aroma.

Safety Warning: Do not give honey to infants under 12 months of age.

Storage: Store honey at room temperature, ideally between 18-22 Celsius.
