Honey Hills Returns Policy

Here at Honey Hills, we are confident in the organic rawness and quality of our products and stand behind them. We have a 30-day no-quibble return policy, if you are anything but completely and utterly delighted with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, you need to provide proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@honeyhills.co.uk and let us know the details, including your order number and if possible, attach pictures. These are helpful for us in terms of improving our processes and for any claims we may make against the carrier. We will resolve this issue by either sending you a new product straight away or refunding your order in full.

The product/s must be returned to us in its original packaging unopened, with tamper seal intact and any accompanying tag.

For safety reasons, do not attempt to return broken glass.

IMPORTANT: If your order has arrived damaged, please dispose of any broken jars and glass safely. Please do not attempt to wash or clean the jars as there may be small chips that can cause cuts. 

Please obtain and keep your postage receipt as proof of postage, until you have received your refund. We will not be liable for any loss during transit should you fail to do this. Refunds are made using the same Payment Method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless agreed otherwise.

We will refund you within 7 working days after we have received your returned item(s).

Consumer Cancellation Rights

You may cancel an order at any time before it is delivered and up to 30 days afterwards, beginning on the day after your order is delivered to you. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our Refunds Policy (see Refunds Policy above). Unfortunately, we are not able to refund postage costs once a consignment has been sent.

To cancel an order, you must clearly inform us by emailing us at info@honeyhills.co.uk, and giving us your name, address, and order reference. You must also return the product(s) to us within 10 working days after the date of cancellation, in the same condition in which you received it. This does not interfere with your right to take any reasonable steps to examine the product(s) and make sure it conforms to your order. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the full price of the product(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled. To return the product(s), you should package the parcel securely, making sure you include the original invoice, and return it to us either by courier or by recorded delivery or other form of certified mail to the following address: Honey Hills, 8 Park Corner, Nettlebed, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 6DT, United Kingdom.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you have purchased our products online or over the phone, you will be covered by the statutory  Consumer Contracts Regulations. Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to perishable items or goods with a seal that has been broken. If the item(s) you receive is somehow faulty or otherwise not as described, your right to return your item(s) is covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
