Our bees forage naturally across high-altitude pine forests, wild raspberry thickets, and organic coriander fields, enjoying a rich and varied diet that keeps the colonies robust and healthy.

Harvesting with Respect

True artisan beekeeping requires patience, respect, and a deep understanding of the hive’s natural rhythms. We only produce our honeys in small batches, ensuring we never over-harvest.

A perfect example of this delicate balance is our Plum Blossom Honey. Plum trees blossom very early in the spring, at a time when the bees are still waking from their winter hibernation. Because their numbers are reduced and they need this nutrient-dense early nectar to nourish their new brood, we only harvest a very limited supply. We leave the vast majority of the honey exactly where it belongs – in the hive.
